Grape British Railway Terms and Conditions 

HOW TO BOOK

• Seats can be exclusively booked on this platform, not the Uber app. 
• Train journeys are provided by the Bluebell Railway (“Provider”)
• Tickets cost £10 per person. Once your ticket has been booked and paid for, it is non-refundable. 
• The booking window will open for a presale from 14:00 to 18:00 on Friday, 1st of August 2025, and then reopen for general sale from 10:00 on Monday 4th of August 2025, until the 30th of August 2025. If tickets sell out ahead of the 30th of August 2025, the booking window will close. 

ELIGIBILITY

• The experience is open to customers over the age of 18. Please bring a form of identification (driver’s license or passport) just in case. 
• The experience can be booked as a gift for someone else, but you must make sure the ticket holder’s name is the person who will be attending. 
• Up to 4 tickets per booking. A maximum of 1 seat booking per person, regardless of the number of tickets requested in your booking. 
• The smallest booking number is a table of 2. This ensures all carriages are filled to maximum capacity during the experiences. 
• Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. 

THE EXPERIENCE

• There will be two bookable Grape British Railway experiences, the first on Saturday, August 23rd, and the second on Saturday, August 30th.
• The experience includes bus travel from East Grinstead to the train, and bus travel at the end of the experience from the vineyard to East Grinstead station.
• The Grape British Railway experience lasts around eight hours. This includes travel from East Grinstead Station to Kingscote Station, the Golden Arrow Pullman journey, Sheffield Park Station to Highweald Wine Estate, and from Highweald Wine Estate back to East Grinstead.
